RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where applicable. Please note that vintage and pre-owned items are sold as seen, and returns on these items may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, or due to their nature. These include:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged or significantly altered items

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
